The post you are looking for has been pulled down because Voguepay and Etranzact have responded positively to my earlier post and the issue is being resolved amicably. They have promised to do everything possible to see that my money is refunded.
According to them, the problem arose as a result of communication gap. I have seen reasons with them and decided to allow for a peaceful resolution of the issue through dialogue. I am sure this would make things better for everyone, including you, in the long run.
I quite appreciate your support, both emotional and otherwise. I thank you for being there when the problem lingered and I say “Thank you so very much”. I also hope you will all reason along with me as we try to settle this without destroying our reputations.
Like I said in my previous post, I had no intention to make any trouble or go for vendetta; the post was necessitated by the slow response of the customer care units of the parties involved. So now that it is being handled, the best thing I felt I should do was to pull down the first publication to show the willingness to listen to the voice of reasoning.
